Passes can be pre-booked (although it's not essential) via the Grand Massif website. We can also arrange for them to be waiting for you on arrival. Photos are not currently required for lift passes.
FREE PASSES for children under 5 and seniors over 75 - proof of age is required. There is an optional insurance policy which is an additional €2.60 per day and per person.
Ski, snowboard and boot hire
Equipment can be hired from Xtreme Glisse where we are able to obtain a discount for Absolute Alpine guests. Prices depend on the level of equipment hired but the table below provides a guide to prices before Absolute Alpine customer discounts.

Younger children
Next door to the Grand Massif Express is a designated ski area for children from the age of 3. The Jardin des Neiges is fully equipped to keep younger children entertained (while you enjoy the slopes) with large inflatable toys to chase after on skis and a chalet to warm up the little ones if they get cold or if their gloves get wet. The emphasis is firmly on fun but allows your children to get to grips with standard ski conditions without danger. It is also possible for your children to have half a day in the Jardin des Neiges and then half a day in the creche where they will also be provided with lunch.
From 3 ½ years old, children are accepted into the standard French Ski School (ESF).
Jardin des Neiges prices:
- Six consecutive half days €103-114
Kindergarten prices - 3 months to 6 years:
- Full day with lunch: €34.50 to €37.40
- Half day (from 8.30 to 12.30) with lunch: €21 to €24.20
- Half day (from 13.00 to 18.00) afternoon: €20 to €22.50
- 6 half days morning with lunch: €115.00 to €127.00
- 6 afternoons: €110.50 to €121.00
